This policy explains what personal data ALIVE. Movement & Beyond (Ivan Blažević, operating movementandbeyond.com, “we”/“us”) collects when you book a class or workshop, sign up for the newsletter, or get in touch — and what your rights are under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

Depending on how you interact with the site:

• Booking a class: name and email address.
• Booking a workshop: name, email, phone number, and an emergency contact name and phone number — collected because workshops are physically more demanding and off-site.
• Requesting a workshop invoice: billing name/company name, billing address, and — for company invoices — a business registration ID and VAT ID if applicable.
• Paying online: your payment card details are entered directly into our payment processor's own checkout page and never reach our servers — see “Who we share data with” below.
• Newsletter signup: your email address.
• Contact form: your name, email address, and whatever you write in the message.

Why we collect it

To create and manage your booking, process payment, send booking confirmations and any cancellation/refund notices, respond to your enquiries, issue invoices where legally required, and — only if you opt in separately — send the newsletter. We don't use your data for anything beyond running this practice: no ad targeting, no selling data to third parties.

Who we share data with

We use a small number of trusted infrastructure services and service providers (“processors”) to run the site, each strictly limited to a specific task:

• Payment processing — your payment details go directly to our payment processor; we never see or store your card number.
• Database hosting — where booking and contact records are securely stored.
• Transactional email delivery — sends booking confirmations, cancellations, refund notices, and contact form replies.
• Newsletter management — handles subscriptions, only for people who explicitly sign up.
• Business email hosting — hosts the alive@movementandbeyond.com inbox.

We don't share your data with anyone else, and none of these providers may use your data for their own purposes.

Cookies

As a visitor, no cookies are set on your device for browsing, booking, or reading this site — no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, no tracking or session recording of any kind. If that ever changes (e.g. adding privacy-friendly analytics), this policy will be updated accordingly.

How long we keep your data

Booking records are kept as long as needed for the practice's own record-keeping and any legal (e.g. tax) obligations. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see “Your rights”), and we'll do so unless we're legally required to keep certain records (e.g. issued invoices) for a defined period.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request erasure of your data
• Object to or restrict how we use your data
• Receive your data in a portable format
• Withdraw newsletter consent at any time (every email has an unsubscribe link)
• Lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority
